Technical Support

Lockdown Networks provides high quality support and maintenance services that allow you to get the most from your powerful Lockdown network access control (NAC) products.

Support and maintenance services are comprised of priority phone and email support, software maintenance and extended hardware and software warranties.

Lockdown hardware and software are uniquely integrated so there's just one place to go for help. Convenient, cost–effective service and support can be bundled with your product purchase.

Software Support

Lockdown Networks extends special software support for customers with current Support and Maintenance Program contracts and are entitled to all system software updates and LOCsets™ for the duration of their contract. This includes patches, maintenance releases, major releases, and an extended software warranty.

LOCset™

A LOCset is a package of one or more new audit tests that is delivered to your Lockdown network access control (NAC) appliance remotely from the Lockdown Networks LOC (Lockdown Operations Center).

LOCsets are responsible for keeping your system current with the latest audit tests and vulnerability information.

LOCstaff™

Lockdown employs a team of seasoned security researchers dedicated to developing and publishing LOCsets on an as–needed basis – in most cases once, but sometimes twice daily.

Hardware Support

All Lockdown network access control (NAC) appliances include a one–year hardware warranty. The hardware warranty is extended as long as the appliance is covered under a maintenance contract. To ensure customers receive the most benefits from their network access control solution, Lockdown Networks will repair or replace, at no charge, faulty appliances and components under active maintenance contract.
